iRepairGuys Lifetime Warranty Terms & Conditions

1. Warranty Coverage

We warrant that the repair work and any parts replaced by us are free from defects under normal use for the lifetime of the repair. "Lifetime" means as long as the Device remains in your possession and is used under normal conditions.

Important: Our warranty is strictly limited to the repair work performed and parts replaced by iRepairGuys. It does not cover any pre-existing issues or subsequent damage not directly related to our repair.

Refunds: If a refund is warranted, it will be credited to your account or original payment method only. No cash refunds will be issued.

2. Exclusions and Limitations

Physical and Liquid Damage: Any physical damage (e.g., cracks, dents, impact) or liquid damage (including water damage) is not covered by this warranty.

No Warranty on Water Damage Repair: Repairs for water-damaged devices are provided on a “repair only” basis. We do not guarantee data recovery, preservation of settings, or overall functionality after water damage repairs.

Device Condition at Time of Repair:

  • Customers must verify that the Device is functioning properly before leaving the store. Once you have collected the Device, iRepairGuys is not responsible for any subsequent issues.
  • Data and Settings: We do not guarantee the preservation or recovery of data or settings on the Device. This is especially important for water damage repairs or devices in a dead condition. If data recovery is required, please note that this service is not covered by our warranty and is offered at our discretion.

Pre-existing Conditions and External Causes: The warranty does not cover damage arising from unauthorized repairs or modifications, normal wear and tear, defects unrelated to our repair work, or environmental causes (fire, flood, extreme temperatures) or any incident beyond our control.

Accessories and Personal Items: Customers must remove all SIM cards, memory cards, and other personal accessories before handing over the Device for repair. iRepairGuys will not be responsible for any loss or damage to these items.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Proof of Ownership: You must be the rightful owner of the Device. We reserve the right to request proof of purchase or other documentation to verify ownership before proceeding with any warranty claim.

Device Pickup:

  • Collection Window: Please collect your Device within 14 days of receiving notification that the repair is complete. If the Device is not collected within this period, iRepairGuys will not be held responsible for any subsequent damage, loss, or issues.

Acceptance of Repair: It is your responsibility to ensure that the Device is working as expected before leaving our store. By taking possession of the Device, you acknowledge that you have inspected it and that iRepairGuys is not liable for issues discovered after departure.

Transfer or Sale of Device: The warranty coverage applies only to the original customer. In the event the Device is sold or transferred, iRepairGuys’ responsibility ceases as of the date of sale or transfer.

4. Warranty Claim Process

Notification: Should you experience a defect or problem that you believe is covered under this warranty, you must contact us at 07493648968 promptly and provide:

  • Proof of repair service (receipt/invoice).
  • A description of the defect or issue.

Inspection and Resolution: We reserve the right to inspect the Device to verify the nature of the defect. If the issue is found to be due to faulty repair or a defective part provided by us, we will, at our discretion, either re-perform the repair or replace the defective part(s) free of charge.

Exclusions from Warranty Claims: If the defect is determined to be due to physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorized modifications, or any other cause not related to our repair work, the warranty will not apply. In such cases, any further repair work will incur standard service charges.

5. General Provisions

Modifications: We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to repairs carried out after the effective date of the change.

Limitation of Liability: iRepairGuys’ liability under this warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the defective part(s). We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of use of the Device.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with any documents expressly referred to herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and iRepairGuys concerning the warranty for our repair services.

Note: This warranty policy applies only to the repair services and parts provided by iRepairGuys. It does not extend to issues arising from factors outside of our control. Please ensure you have backed up all important data and removed any personal accessories before handing over your Device for repair.
